With 25 years of experience working with individuals and teams, from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies in both Europe and Asia, Jonathan facilitates a wide range of approaches to help clients develop innovative solutions grounded in strategic insights. He has international experience leading workshops for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Chanel, McDonald’s and P&G, as well as creating advertising, marketing and communications solutions for B2C, B2B and social business clients. Jonathan designs a collaborative, engaging and inclusive journey for each client, applying the principles of creative problem solving, design thinking, multiple intelligences theory, and improvisation to disrupt ordinary thinking and create breakthroughs for individuals, teams and organizations. He helps business leaders and their teams exploit their creativity and collective intelligence to strengthen their business models, marketing and innovation programs and organizational development.
Jonathan is a certified facilitator in Lego Serious Play®, the Creative Education Foundation‘s Creative Problem Solving Learner’s Model, Simplexity Thinking, FourSight Thinking Profile and Basadur Applied Innovation. He is a member of the Academic Council for the G5A Foundation for Contemporary Culture in Mumbai, India; Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce; and a member of the Academic Faculty of the Creative Education Foundation’s annual CPSI Conference.
